Event Set-up (6 Needed): 3-4 p.m. - FULL

Ensure that all the events are ready to go when participants come at 6:00 PM. This includes helping set-up the inflatable games area, filling popcorn bags, beginning to spin cotton candy, etc.

Inflatables (15 Needed): 5:45-8 p.m. - FULL

Assist kids in getting on and off the inflatables. Also, when there are opportunities, talk with parents as they wait.

Activities (7 Needed): 5:45-8 p.m. - FULL

Assist, monitor and instruct kids as needed with activities and games (trackless train, rock climbing wall, football, cornhole, volleyball, etc.).

Crafts (8 Needed): 5:45-8 p.m. - FULL

Assist, monitor and instruct kids as needed with crafts (face painting, hairspray, tatoos, etc.).

Dinner Food (20 Needed): 5:30-8 p.m. - FULL

Cook and serve dinner plates throughout the event.

Concession Food (11 Needed): 5:30-8 p.m. - FULL

Serve drinks, chips, cotton candy, sno-cones and popcorn.

Information Center (4 needed): 5:30-8 p.m.

Help people with information about the festival and minor first aid.

Tear-down / Clean-up (8 Needed): 8 p.m.

Tear down equipment, tables, chairs, etc., in their area to ensure that everything is put away and all trash is collected and in the dumpster. Ensure that the campus is in tip-top condition, ready to receive guests on Sunday morning.
