iChoose 2012
What: iChoose is a 4th and 5th grade weekend retreat focusing on the "C" (Choosing Well) value of KCRG.
When: March 2-4, 2012
Where: Woodlands Camp & Conference Center, Cleveland, GA
Registration: We have 85 positions available and registration is first come, first served.
Cost: $160. Cost covers lodging, food, bus transportation, and other fun stuff.

REQUIRED Release Forms
- TWO notarized medical release forms. Download medical release form by clicking here. One copy is kept with the KCRG team and another is turned into the Woodlands Camp. You can give the forms to a KCRG team member on Sunday, or you can have the forms notarized at the retreat check-in.
- One copy of the child's insurance card. A front and back copy of the insurance card is required. If you do not have insurance, please indicate this on your Release Form.
Scholarship Application
A limited number of full or partial
scholarships are available this year and will be given in order of receipt of request.
Download scholarship form by clicking here. Any amount you can pay will help us use funds for as many children as possible. Please give the completed form to a KCRG team member on Sunday or scan and email the form to Autumn Sines at
asines@northmetro.org.
Allergies
If any child has a severe food allergy, they must bring their own food for the retreat. Please let Autumn Sines at
asines@northmetro.org know of the food allergy as soon as you register.
