New this fall – Leader Development Workshops to help you become a stronger, more effective leader in KCRG.
After studying your responses to our KCRG-wide survey, we will offer three classes this fall designed to help you better manage your classrooms and be more equipped to meet your students’ needs. Creative Ways to Connect with Your Students

Connecting with your students isn’t always an intuitive act. Sometimes it takes intentional pursuit to build the kind of relationship your students need to open up and share what is going on in their lives. In this workshop, we will discuss ways that you can take your relationship with your students to the next level and build the trust and friendship they need.
Leading a Child to Christ

Leading a child to become a Christ-follower can be an intimidating process, but it doesn’t need to be. In actuality, children have much more natural trust than adults and statistically are much more willing to cross the line of faith.
This workshop is designed to increase your knowledge about how children view becoming a believer and increase your comfort-level in helping a child take this incredibly important step.
