This year, North Metro will be sending two family teams to serve again at the Eagles Nest Children's Home in Solola, Guatemala. The teams will help feed babies and minister to children and families in the surrounding villages through games, Bible stories, and crafts. There will also be an opportunity to work on a small construction project. (Travel dates/costs subject to change.)
*If you would like to be considered for one of these two Family Teams (school-aged children and up), please plan to join us on Sunday, October 26 at 9:30 AM in Rooms C205/206. There will be an informational meeting to learn more about how your family can be a part of this short-term trip. You will gain insight into the details of the trip, learn about our application and training process, and be able to ask questions. This is a 9-day opportunity to come face-to-face with people who speak, think, and live differently than we do and gain God's heart for a lost world. Get a taste of what God is doing in East Asia and catch a vision of how you can be a part of the spiritual movement that is taking place there. This trip takes place during KSU's Spring Break. Hurricane Disaster Relief on the Gulf Coast - Young Adult Trip [APPLY NOW]

This is a 7-day opportunity to respond to the people of the Gulf Coast Regions by cleaning up debris, repairing damaged homes, serving food, and helping to rebuild peoples lives. Summer Project is an opportunity to experience a new culture (sightseeing, food, people, and culture), to be involved in international ministry, and to work with a team whose common purpose is to make Christ known on the college campus. All of what we do internationally can give you great ministry skills to use back on campus, especially to launch new movements! This trip takes place during KSU's summer break. Come invest 6 weeks of your time reaching students for Christ.
