How many rooms? 
We have a total of 13 rooms for infants through pre-kindergarten. Classrooms open 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each sevice.

How many volunteers help out each week? 
Each Sunday, there are over 125 volunteers in the preschool ministry.  In total we have approximately 250 volunteers serving on a rotation of either every other week or every week.

How do I register my child? 
If you are a guest, go to one of the registration stations located in the lobby of North Metro. There will be a trained volunteer there to assist you. They will help you determine your child’s appropriate class, give you a temporary security number, and a name tag for your child.

What is the security policy for picking up my child?
All parents will be given a claim tag when you drop your child off in one of our KCRG ministry clasrooms. You MUST show your claim tag before entering the KCRG hallways and removing a child from the room.

What if my child gets sick during the service? 
On each claim tag there is a number that corresponds with the claim tag on your child.  If we notice a sick child in a room or if a child gets sick while in the preschool ministry, we will call the parent by flashing their number on our in service paging system.
