Our volunteers and staff share One God, One Vision, and One Team while providing opportunities of service to the body of believers at North Metro Church.

There are many roles in KCRG in our Nursery, Preschool, or Elementary ministries.

• Caregiver:

Caring for babies and toddlers while parents are in the worship service.

• Lead Teacher for Toddlers:

Nurturing a class of toddlers while leading them in age appropriate Bible stories and lessons.

• Small Group Leader/Lead Teacher:

Implementing weekly application of pre- -planned provided lessons while maintaining a nurturing environment for effective teaching in Preschool and Elementary.

• Co- Leader:

Assisting the small group leader/lead teacher in the lessons and activities for the morning.

• Student Leaders:

Assisting small group leaders with lessons and activities. Student leaders must be in 7th grade or higher.

• Programming Team:

Leading children in a large group time of worship through roles such as worship leader, director, large group leaders, or tech team.

• Hospitality Team:

Serving alongside a team of volunteers to bless the volunteers who serve on a Sunday morning.

• Guest Services & Security:

Join us in welcoming new families to KCRG or be a part of a team to keep our hallways secure on Sunday mornings.

• Coach:

Providing leadership and support to a team of KCRG volunteers.

 The majority of our volunteers serve on an every other week rotation giving the children consistency for the children and providing time for families to worship and vacation together.
