Mask Service Project

play_arrow

We may be practicing social distancing, but we would love to come together as a church in service to our local medical professionals. We’ve been in touch with one of our local hospitals, and the need for homemade masks is great. Many will be an outer layer for other masks that are being reused multiple times. So, we're inviting all those who sew to help us make medical masks!

Can't sew? You can still help by donating fabric & elastic. NMC will have donation tubs set up in our outdoor pavilion for anyone who is able to donate. If you have a supply of N95 masks - the most crucial and requested type of mask needed - please consider donating them.

When dropping off materials or completed masks, please use standard recommended practices for social distancing and no more than a few people in the pavilion area at one time. Please mark and put donated materials in a separate tub from *completed* masks.

For additional questions, please send an email to info@northmetro.org and add "Masks" as the subject line.

Thank you all for your continued prayers for our healthcare workers, patients receiving their care, and for each other. Together, we will make this better.
