We want to help you grow in your personal journey of finding and following Jesus beyond Sunday morning. Part of the journey is your spiritual growth, but another part is leading well in your day-to-day life. As you live out your faith in the world around you, NMC is committed to give you a place to grow in your relationship with Jesus, no matter where you are in your faith journey. We also want to help you develop your leadership skills outside of the walls of the church, and into the places where God has given you influence.

Discipleship Track

Our Discipleship Track is a new, web-based tool to help you grow in your faith. Beginning with a personal assessment, the track contains 20 modules on different topics focused on spiritual growth. Each module has a detailed reading section to explain the topic, memory verses to teach you Scripture, questions for reflection, and additional resources on the subject. This is a great tool to learn at your own pace or you can use the Discipleship Track with a friend or in a small group.

Foundations I: The Story of God

Dates: January 29 - February 9
What is the greatest story ever told? Do you know your place in that story? The truth is that there's only one story and it is God's. He invites us into his story, one where He rescues us out of our deepest need because of his great love for us. This three-week class will cover the foundational elements of the story of God - the big problem, God's solution for it, and our response. Be courageous enough to take this first step and join other truth-seekers in exploring your place in God's story!

Emotionally Healthy Spirituality

Dates: January 19 - March 8
Each of us is wonderfully, marvelously created in the image of God to do things far beyond our imaginations for His eternal purposes. Yet, there is more to all of us than meets the eye and it is the underneath that most often influences our day-to-day, our decisions, how we respond or react to others and how we feel about them, ourselves, and God. The premise of Emotionally Healthy Spirituality (EHS) is that it is impossible to be spiritually mature without being emotionally mature. EHS sets you on the course towards emotional maturity.
