Welcome Home

We look forward to welcoming you back on campus!

As much as we'd like to swing open the doors and welcome everyone back in like normal, Sundays on campus will look a little different. Rest assured, all of the measures being taken are to keep you as safe and healthy as possible. Thank you in advance for being flexible and considerate during this time.

Sunday, September 27 Services

Reserve Your Seat

For now, all those interested in joining us on campus will need to reserve their space. Please register your entire family on one form, as this is how we will be seating on Sunday morning. The reservation forms for both services will open the Sunday prior and will be on a week-to-week basis.

Beginning September 13

NMC Kids Update

Parents! Beginning Sunday, September 13 we will have a large group environment for families with children ranging from 3-year-olds to 4th-grade. When attending one of our Sunday services in the Theater, your child can stay with you during the adult message, or attend another venue. If you're ready to have your child attend, read below for further procedures and policies and check out our video walkthrough on a visual of what to expect.

Children that are 3-years old (fully potty trained) to 4th-grade will be invited to participate in a large group experience similar to Town Square. Our awesome Tablesetters will help them exit The Theater before the adult message portion of the service.

Town Square will remain closed; however, this alternate location will be offered on the second floor, just down the hall from the Theater. Families that would like to have their child participate in the large group environment will need to reserve a seat in our family-friendly Theater, just like every other Sunday these past few months.

During this large group experience, children will hear the current week's story from The Gospel Project curriculum, sing worship songs, and play games. Each child will have their own spot on the floor to sit, following 6-foot socially distanced guidelines. Kids will return to their parents in the Theater during the last worship song.

We are currently working on phase two for NMC Kids to serve families with infants and toddlers, check back here for details!

If your child has special needs, please email our Special Needs Coordinator, Erin Nason for next steps.

Reserving Your Seats

For now, all those interested in joining us on campus will need to reserve their space. Please register your entire family on one form, as this is how we will be seating on Sunday morning. The reservation forms for both services will open the Sunday prior by 1:00pm EDT and will be on a week-to-week basis.

Waiting List

In the event that both services reach capacity, we will be taking contact information for the waiting list. Everyone on the waiting list will be notified of further options by Thursday.

The Service

  • Sunday service times will be 9:30am and 11:30am.
  • Please arrive early so there is plenty of time to check checked in and seated before the service begins. (30 minutes before service is what we'd recommend)
  • We have shortened the service time to 60-minutes to allow proper time in-between to clean and reset.

Social Distancing

  • Rows are set 6-feet apart. Empty chairs will be reserved between parties equaling a 6-foot distance.
  • Masks can be worn at your own discretion. Masks will not be required or provided on our campus though they are strongly suggested in accordance with state guidelines.

Sanitation

  • We've invested in equipment and technology to achieve a contactless environment throughout the campus.
  • CDC approved cleaners are being used before, in-between, and after each service.
